SLA changes

  • Jun1GitHub Enterprise CloudCredit schedule changed. The June 2021 version (Wayback snapshot 2022-02-03, PDF) gave 10% of fees when quarterly Uptime was <= 99.9% but > 99.0%, and 25% below 99.0%. The current 'Version: June 2026' page gives 5% for 99.5-99.9%, 10% for 99.0-99.5%, 25% below 99.0%, so small misses now earn half the prior credit. The 99.9% quarterly commitment is unchanged. A 2025-12-31 snapshot still linked the 20210630 PDF, so the change landed in the first half of 2026; exact day not published (date set to the version month).Source

About GitHub

The public about-github-support page (docs.github.com/en/support/...) lists plans but no response times; times come from the Enterprise Cloud Premium Support docs and github.com/premium-support. Premium SLA clock starts when GitHub sets the ticket priority. Premium pricing is a percentage of spend or a minimum annual fee, not published as a figure. Premium Plus includes 12 technical advisory hours per quarter.

GitHub is a proprietary developer platform that allows developers to create, store, manage, and share their code. Popular games such as 2048 and Hextris have been known to be hosted on the platform. Source

Highest commitment: GitHub Actions, 99.9% (Enterprise Cloud).
